Is it Sunday already? This week has flown by way to fast. Wanted to share with you two more free vintage graphics for your taking today. What can you see making with these two? I have so many things to do today, but have decided I am going to take my time do what I can and enjoy my day. Not going to be a stressful day. I should be resting but when I get ideas in my head on my prims or whatever that puts me to work. I cooked extra last night so today I do not have to cook. Yay me! lol.
I hope I can slide in a ole black and white movie later. I love classics! One of my favorite's is called "I remember Mama". What a movie. So good. It has Irene Dunne an Ellen Corby. She is also known as Grandma Walton from the tv show "The Walton's". If you haven't seen it take time in doing so. It is based on a the ups and downs of a Norwegian immigrant family, circa 1910. Ok I best get moving. So much to do. Have a blessed day and enjoy this cool tasty recipe. Wonderful to make on these hot summer months like we are having. Enjoy. ~Dena
Banana Pudding
2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 ounces powered coffee creamer
1 (16 ounce) carton whipped topping, divided
1 large box vanilla wafers
6 bananas, sliced
Completely mix together pudding, milk, condensed milk, coffee creamer and 12 ounces of whipped topping. Reserve 4 ounces of whipped topping for garnish. In a 9x13 Pyrex dish, layer whole vanilla wafers, slices of bananas, an pudding mixture. Repeat layers until all pudding mixture is used. Top with remaining whipped topping and vanilla wafer crumbs. Refrigerate over night. 8-12 Servings.
If your family is like mine the Banana pudding can never stay over night in the refrig. lol.

I agree with you about I Remember Mama! John & I just watched that about a month ago. We love old movies. Wednesday is Old Movie Night ... lol! A couple of my other favorite old B&Ws are The Ghost & Mrs. Muir, Shop Around the Corner, & The Egg & I (I think that's a B&W one) : )
