Santa was there and my kiddos was tickled over that. Lots of good Christmas music which I enjoyed very much. Oh the food....let's not even go there. lol Had a nice day with my sweet family.  I want to thank everyone again for following my blog and leaving such kind words. I am slowly getting to yours but I will visit I promise. lol. I have really enjoyed blogging again and sharing recipes with you all and graphics. I want to share another sweet recipe with you all today. I make these candies every Christmas and when I have a Christmas eve party none are left on the plate. I think you Will enjoy them allot. They are very very very simple to make. Have a great night. ~Dena

Hay Stacks
1- bag of butterscotch chips
1 - bag of chocolate chips
1- bag of chow mein noodles
1 cup of unsalted or salted peanuts
Combine butterscotch an chocolate chips in a 2 quart dish. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Stir to blend. You can also melt your chips in a sauce pan over medium-low heat. Watch closely because the chocolate will burn on bottom of pan if you don't keep stirring it. After it melts add your noodles in slowly and nuts until all blended well. Use a tablespoon and drop on wax paper. Let harden.
These candies are yum and you will enjoy.
Note: if you think your chocolate needs to be little thinner add just a tad bit of milk. It works great.
Enjoy!
